Bill Moss Moves Into Chifley Tower
Former Macquarie banker Bill Moss is back in business and has sub-leased office space in the Sydney CBD through Ray White Commercial.
After retiring from Macquarie Bank in 2007, Mr Moss is now focused on FSHD Global Research Foundation and Moss Home Caring, a company that aims to tap some of the $20 billion now available to not-for-profit companies under the federal government’s National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Mr Moss has sub-leased suite 12.01/2 Chifley Square, Sydney, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Office Leasing Sydney’s Naomi Vilar.
The approximately 93 sqm suite was fitted and furnished and has views north towards Sydney Harbour.
Mr Moss has taken up a 2 year sub lease for $1200 per sqm per annum gross.
