Recruitment company 1page.com has found a new home on the waterfront in the King Street wharf development overlooking Darling Harbour in the Sydney CBD.
1page.com has taken up a 176 sqm tenancy on Level 4 at 25 Lime Street, Sydney, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Office Leasing Director Anthony Harris.
Anthony Harris said the tenancy in the King St wharf development provides direct waterfront office accommodation positioned only 10 minutes’ walk from Martin Place.
“This fast moving dynamic precinct is home to some of Sydney best bars and restaurants and is the new hub for elite businesses such as Macquarie Bank, KPMG and Westpac Bank,” he said.
“This tenancy offers a rare corner suite with light on all three sides. There was existing fit out in place with a glass boardroom.
“There is a large balcony overlooking the waterfront with a built in barbecue and sink. The tenancy comes with two bathrooms and full kitchen.”
1page.com has taken out a one year lease at a gross rental of $760 per sqm per annum.
